This beautiful, bright, traditional fitted kitchen was created for our Clients living on Ravelston Dykes in Edinburgh. Open plan design combines it with the dinning/living area and encourages spending more time together. Various cabinets provide enough storage to keep the worktops clear and ready for meal preparation and socializing.
Units, made from oak veneered MDF and lacquered face frames from tulip wood, create a very elegant and functional space. The doors, for extra practicality, are made from moisture resistant MDF, installed on butt hinges and painted with 2 coats of PU (Polyurethane) primer and 1 coat of PU colour paint. We hand-painted the final coat on the site. Drawers, made from solid oak with dovetailed joints and soft self – closing runners, provide smooth and easy access. The whole look is additionally warmed up with LED lighting; with 8 LED spots spread around the kitchen.
